Cross-Country Reflection

On Friday last week we did our Cross-Country and I came 9th in the year 7 And this is a reflection of my Cross-Country efforts

I Found It Easy To: Run the whole course without walking.      


I Found It Hard To: Keep the same pace the whole way through.

Fitness and Endurance
Runs 3 kilometres with ease.
Able to run 3 kilometres and has generally improved on the time taken to complete the course.

        without walking.

After reflecting on my training and overall success I now know I :

That I have improved lots on my running since we started practicing and that now I can easily run 3 km.
